Games Global is offering a 12-month Graduate Programme designed for graduates and final-year students seeking to build a career in Project Management within the IT and gaming industry. This programme provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and training in project planning, coordination, and execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Successful candidates may be considered for permanent roles upon completion of the programme

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables
• Documentation: Help prepare project plans, schedules, reports, and other documentation
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project deliverables and timelines, reporting on milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between developers, clients, and senior management
• Resource & Budget Management: Assist in tracking and managing project budgets and resource allocation
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in project review meetings and contribute ideas for process and efficiency improvements

Qualifications

• IT degree or equivalent (eg, Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences in Application Development)
• Project management qualification (eg, certification or coursework in Project Management)
